Hemerocallis Always Afternoon

A tetraploid daylily that forms clumps of strap-like foliage that produce an abundance of flowering stalks bearing  flowers. Strong grower and rebloomer. Tough and adaptable plants in average to rich well drained soil. Plant in full sun or light shade. They need considerable sun for optimum flowering. Favored for large scale and massed plantings because of their adaptability, rapid spread, and extended summer bloom. Plant in tough spots like banks and swales, or in combination with shrubs and trees. Good for foundation plantings or as accent plants for summer bloom in borders.
