Native shade garden wildflower.  This early beauty blooms when little else does.  Delicate white  flowers appear before the foliage. Will grow most any where afforded some shade.  Not picky about soil.  Native from Canada to Florida west to the Mississippi River.  Zone 4-8. Great with other woodland plants, uvularia, trilliums, Virginia bluebells, Dutchman’s breeches, sanguinaria.
