‘Sandhill Crane’ forms an upright mound of small, narrow, long, shiny, white margined foliage. Leaves are just 1.5 inches wide and about 8 inches long. A unique hosta that decended from the longissima family. Easy to grow, long-lived plants. They perform best in a shady spot with evenly moist soil, but will do well in a shady dry spot if well mulched. Zone 3-9.
