Hybrid lewisia prized for its compact habit and heavy blooming ability. Forms a rosette of evergreen, leathery, lance shaped leaves and produces star shaped flowers in a multitude of colors. Intense, striped or plain, multi-colored flowers in white, yellow, pink,orange, salmon, mauve, apricot. Full sun to part shade in average extremely well drained, even stony soil. These are not just drought tolerant plants they are drought requiring. Grows best in gravel or between rocks with minimal amounts of soil.
