Liatris Spicata Floristan White (Alba)

Grass like leaves with tall spikes of dense flowers. This plant is unusual in that the flowers open from the top down. Is a great cut flower. Plant in average to rich soil that is moist, but well drained. May require staking if it is in a windy site. Best when planted in naturalized meadows, or with yarrow, coneflowers, artemesia, leucanthemum, phow and grasses.
