Clumping plant with spikes of cotton candy pink flowers from mid spring most of the summer. Dead heading helps re bloom. Thrives in well drained sandy or loamy soil in full sun. Can be grown in containers or garden. Especially valuable plant where summers are hot. Plant in the middles of the sunny border. Combines well with coreopsis, oenothera, rudbeckia, yucca, hyssop, daylily, sedum, yarrow, daisy, iceplant, and coneflower. Zone 5-10.
