The foliage of this plant looks like Columbine, blue-green and very abundant. The flowers form panicles well above the foliage. This is a knockout in the garden and one of my favorites. Plant in well drained average soil, with plenty of moisture. This one does well in full sun or partial shade. Use in mixed borders, wild gardens, and along streams/ponds. Plant with Daylilies, Phlox, and Hibiscus.
