Fans of broad, flat pointed leaves grow from thick rhizomes that creep along the soil’s surface. Flower stalks emerge bearing large buds that open to papery bearded irises. Large iris with gold standards and white fall edged in gold. Plant in well drained soil in full sun. Will not tolerate a wet site in winter. Zone 4-9.
