Regal, rugged, beautiful, pest free plants with fern-like bronze divided foliage that send forth unique fluffy pink plumes. This plant also offers showy, red stems to compliment it’s flowers. Plant in boggy soil in full sun or part shade in soil that doesn’t completely dry out. Very hardy and trouble free. Native to Asia. Zone 3-8. Plant in mass along streams and ponds with other varieties of astilbe for a stunning wave of color all summer.
