Clematis x Rain Dance

Bush type clematis with nodding flowers that are larger and more prolific than similar varieties. Strong upright, shrubby form is good for front or mid-border. Benefits from staking. Nodding, indigo blue flowers.  Attractive silver seedheads after petals drop. Full sun in good garden soil. 

Cut back after bloom for second flush of foliage and bloom.

Cut back hard at the end of winter for new spring growth.
