Heuchera Fire Alarm

A very vigorous grower with thick, leathery, glossy red foliage in early summer and fall. Foliage mellows only slightly during the summer. Blooms are pink on reddish stems.  Sun to partial shade in well drained alkaline organic soil. Happiest in bright shade. Zone 3-9. Excellent plants for the front of the perennial border or among trees and shrubs. Smaller cultivars also good for containers and rock gardens. Deer Resistant, Attracts Butterflies & Hummingbirds.
