This fast growing native quickly forms its dense, narrow, pyramidal habit, full of gorgeous fern-like sprays of green evergreen foliage that holds its color well through winter. A fantastic specimen for lawns or foundation and looks great in groups or background. Additionally, young trees can be prune as a hedge or screen. 

Full sun - part shade. Best in full sun. Moist, fertile, well-draining soils. Zone 5-8.
