A shorter strain with a nice compact habit, and lots of blooms. Clusters of fan shaped blue green leaves send many spikes of blooms, 10-12 blossom stalks per plant. Will repel deer. Multiple bold spikes of pastel yellow tubular flowers. Average to dry sandy soils in full sun or part shade. Needs good drainage. Deadhead regularly. Butterflies and hummingbirds love the blooms.
