Very tall regal, rugged, beautiful, and pest free plants with bright green crinkled and divided foliage. Plants grow from fibrous rooted crowns that form clumps. Colorful plumes brighten shady areas. Tall, dense, poker like plumes in a rich violet that lighten up as they age. Excellent cut or dried flower option. Plant in rich, evenly moist yet well draining soil in full shade to part sun. If planted in a sunny spot be sure to maintain adequate moisture. Deer and rabbit resistant, attracts pollinators.
