A native plant with very fine textured foliage and flat topped clusters of white fringed flowers that have the overall appearance of clouds. Best when panted in full sun in average to sandy dry soil. A native plant for the meadow or butterfly garden. Wonderful late summer texture plant for the border with rudbeckia, ornamental grass, Russian sage, helianthus, and agastache.
