Grass Calamagrostis x Acutiflora Karl Foerster

Spreading, clump-forming grass with narrow pointed foliage that angles away from the basal clump.  A flowering grass that is fine in the shade. Wonderful for cut flowers.    Warm season grass. Full sun or shade and still blooms in ordinary garden soil. Cut down in early spring before the new growth occurs. Drought tolerant, Salt Tolerant.    Zone 5 to 9. Highly desirable vertical accent plant for borders with ornamental fall interest.
