Gypsophila Paniculata Summer Sparkles

A compact species with light masses of small, semi-double, fragrant flowers. Flowers prized for fresh and dried arrangements. Dried seed heads provide seasonal interest. Well drained, lime -rich soil in full sun. Plants grow from thick deep taproots and are not easily moved once established. Suitable for containers and hanging baskets. Zone 3-9. Indispensable fillers for middle of sunny border. Plant with tulip bulbs to hide their yellow dormant foliage. Combine with poppies, liatris, veronica, daisies, and delphiniums.
