Helianthus Lemon Queen 2-Gal

A free flowering plant to brighten the midsummer garden. Tall plant with large, clean, deep green, egg-shaped leaves and many large single flowers. Butterflies love this plant. Full sun in well drained soil.  Do not spoil it with excessive water and fertilizer or it may lodge a bit.  Helianthus are native over much of the US.  Zone 4-9. Bright long blooming plants for the back of the border or meadow garden. Especially useful in combination with large ornamental grasses.
