Pale yellow petals are accented by darkest purple-red on this single-flowering selection. They are a welcome sight in late winter or early spring when the blossoms appear against a background of glossy evergreen foliage. Evenly moist, humus rich soil in light to full shade. Zone 4-9. Deer and rabbit resistant. CAUTION: harmful if eaten/skin irritant.
