Happiest in moist well drained soil. Plant in an area with filtered sun or afternoon shade. ‘Catching Fire’ is a H villosa hybrid which means that it is more heat and humidity tolerant than Heucherellas without this parentage. Zone 4-9. Plant in combination with ferns, carex, polemonium, and hosta. Good plants for their varied foliage color. Invaluable plants for rockeries, front of borders, and as a groundcover under trees and shrubs. Most effective when planted in large groups. Plant as groundcover under decidous trees and shrubs.
