Very hardy plants form rosettes of dark green, spoon-shaped leaves. Stiff flower stems topped with a single daisy. Great cutflower. Perennial Plant of the Year 2003. Full sun to light shade in fertile well drained soil. Zone 5-9. Plant in cut flower gardens, sunny borders, and meadow gardens. Plant with Siberian iris, nepeta, yarrow, purple coneflowers, butterfly weed, coreopsis, and salvia.
