Mum Chrysanthemum Mammoth Lavender Daisy

Excellent fall-blooming plant. Hardier than cushion mums and great fall cut flower.  Prolific bloomer. Very easy care needing no pinching or pruning. Sun Tolerant in average well drained soil . Requires at least a half a day of full sun for best flowering.   Heat Tolerant.    Hardy to zones 3-9. May take several years to reach their mature height and width. Good fall container plant, fall blooming groundcover, or edging plant. Combine with fall blooming sedum, russian sage, ornamental grasses, and liatris microcephela or squarosa.  Can be trimmed by 1/2 before July 4th, to improve habit.
