Phlox Divaricata Blue Moon

Native, compact plant with spreading clumps of evergreen foliage. Broad lance-shaped leaves send up erect stems of open flower clusters in spring. Vigorous grower. Plant in fertile, moist, woodsy soil in light shade. Outstanding low growing woodland shade plant. Combine with spring bulbs, lungworts, lilies-of-the-valley, leopards bane, bleeding hearts, Solomon seal, amsonia, hostas, ferns, columbine, and tiarella.
