While Fothergillas are already known for their brilliant fall foliage, 'Legend of the Fall' takes it even further, delivering some of the most vivid fall color of any shrub. But its not just the attractive fall foliage that makes this shrub stand out. In spring, honey-scented white flowers bloom, even in part shade! Makes an attractive specimen, and can also be planted in borders, edges, landscape or mass plantings. 

Full sun - part shade. Best fall color and bloom in higher sun. Average, most, well-draining soil. Zone 5-9.

Deer resistant, attracts pollinators. 

Pruning/trimming is not recommended as it will infringe upon the appealing natural habit.
