A tall summer phlox with clean lance shaped leaves on stiff stems that hold huge domed clusters of very fragrant long lasting blooms. Blooms ae a violet pink. Average to rich, evenly moist, well drained soil in full sun or light shade. Prefers a site with good air circulation. Zone 5-9. Attracts birds, hummingbirds and butterflies. Deer and rabbit resistant. Tolerates black walnuts.
