Mat forming plant with stems upright to sprawling with lance shaped, toothed and deeply cut golden leaves. Flowers form on slender stems. Cut back after flowering for fall rebloom. Plant in front of border or in rock or wall gardens with lambs ear, short dianthus, achillea, tomentosa, cerastium, coreopsis rosea, geranium sanguineum, and heuchera.

Blooms from May to July with short spikes of lavender blue flowers
