A cross between herbaceous garden peonies and woody tree peonies. Plant forms a sturdy clump of foliage that looks great spring through fall. Strong stems hold flowers upright even after heavy rain. This bold, deep red peony is complimented by a light yellow center, offering visual appeal for your garden. The flowers also produce a light fragrance and make great cut flowers. Not particular about soil. Grow in full to partial sun for best flower production. Mulch to keep roots cool and moist. Do not over fertilize. Deer and rabbit resistant.
