Heliopsis Summer Eclipse

Upright, clump-forming, nearly glabrous, sunflower-like, short-lived perennial that is native to eastern and central North America. 

Great for cut flowers. Carefree sun lover that does well in dry soil. Summer staple border plant because of its long blooming time.  Heliopsis are native over most of US. Put in the sunny border in mass or in the center of an island bed.  Plant with daylilies, yarrows, echinacea, liatris, scabiosa, lavender, santolinas, and perovskia.
