Athyrium filix-femina 'Frizelliae', also known as Tatting Fern, is a unique selection of (Athyrium filix-femina). It's characterized by its distinctive, bead-like pinnae (leaflets) that are rolled up and closely attached to the midrib of the frond, resembling tatting lace. This fern is a relatively small, deciduous plant, typically reaching 1 to 1.5 feet in height and spreading up to 2 feet wide. It thrives in part shade to full shade and prefers moist, well-drained soil. Excellent specimen fern! Deer resistant.
