'Midnight Sun' is a dramatic combination of bright orange and red to deep burgundy and purple foliage that maintains well into fall. In spring, this deciduous shrub is covered in bright pink flowers. A great way to spruce up borders and foundation plantings. 

Full Sun. Average, moist, well-draining soil. Zone 4-8.

Attracts pollinators including hummingbirds. 

Blooms on old wood - if needed, prune immediately after flowering.
