'Klondyke' is a hardy, upright, deciduous azalea with large flaming orange and yellow flowers. The deciduous foliage is wonderful green that complements the flowers well, and come fall turns deep bronze. Looks great as a specimen or in mass, hedges, screen, borders, and especially in shade gardens or woodland margins.

Attracts pollinators, rabbit tolerant.

Consider planting in raised beds if planting in clay soil.

Apply mulch to protect roots by maintaining soil moisture and temperature.

To lower soil acidity, apply sulfur or iron sulfate. To increase soil acidity, apply limestone or lime.
