Cryptomeria Japonica Gyokuryo

This fast growing pyramidal selection of Japanese cedar features awl-shaped short needles that give "Gyokuryo' it's soft appearance. Deep green foliage persists throughout winter without bronzing. Great as a specimen, in border, hedges or screens, and can be planted in containers. 

Full sun. Average, moist, well-draining soil. Zone 5-7.

Applying a general purpose fertilizer in spring before new growth emerges is recommended.
