This tall hybrid is unforgettable in any garden. Sturdy robust habit. May require some staking. Cut spikes of faded blooms to encourage second flush of flowers. In Fall, cut foilage down to ground level. Excellent for cut flowers. Plant with Bee Balm, Clematis, Coneflower, False Sunflower, Forget-Me-Not, Tall Bearded Iris, Garden Peony, Pinks, Shasta Daisy.
Blooms early to late summer with swarthy purple flowers.
