Freely branched, bushy plants with finely cut deep green leaves. Blooms all summer if deadheaded. Long lasting cut flower. Very hardy. Toxic to pets. Brilliant gentian blue airy sprays. Much shorter than traditional delphiniums. Sunny location with rich moist soil. Heavy feeders. Need basic soil, add lime if your soil is acidic. Zone 2-9.
