Astilbe Arendsii Erika

Rugged but elegant shade loving plant featuring an attractive mound of fern like, lacy, green foliage and bright feathery plumes. Relatively trouble/pest free plant. Blooms in late spring to early summer. Pale, heather pink plumes held atop the foliage. Excellent cut or dried flower option. Plant in rich, evenly moist yet well draining soil in full shade to part sun. If planted in a sunny spot be sure to maintain adequate moisture. Deer and rabbit resistant, attracts pollinators.
