Hosta Atlantis

This sport of ‘Abba Dabba Do’ has a significantly wider edge, making it a showier specimen in the garden. The slightly rippled leaves are dark green with golden yellow margins.

Long lived, easy to grow plants in filtered sunlight or full shade. Grows best in rich, moist soil but tolerant of dry shade.

Zone 3-9. 

The mainstays of the shade garden. Mixed mass plantings of hosta can create an interesting groundcover of shapes and colors. Hostas emerge late in spring so interplant with spring flowering bulbs and ephemerals. Plant with ferns, tricyrtis, helleborus, pulmonaria, woodland phlox, and aster diviratica.
