Aconitum Fischeri

Poisonous plants with long fleshy roots that don’t like to be disturbed.  Strong stems that don’t need to be stalked.  Deep green leaves may turn yellow in the fall. Fertile, moist soil in partial or light shade.  Prefers cool night temperatures.   Zones 4-8. Good at the back of borders with other late bloomers, such as Joy Pye Weed, Russian Sage, Asters, or Turtlehead.     Deer and Rabbit Resistant, Bee Friendly. CAUTION:  toxic if eaten/harmful via skin.  All parts are poisonous especially the roots.
