Arguably one of our most beautiful native trees.  This selection has with pink flowering bracts in the spring.   Exceptional fall foliage. Red fall berries feed the birds. Susceptible to dogwood anthracnose. Small green flowers surrounded by attractive pink bracts. Easy to grow in sun-pt shade in average moisture soil.  Mulch around the roots to keep cooler in the fall.     Zone 5-9
