Allium Lusitanicum Summer Beauty

Clumps of thin blue green strap like leaves shoot stiff stems bearing large balls of clear pink flowers in the middle of summer. Foliage clump turns a bronzy yellow in fall. Full sun in a well drained site.  Zone 4-9. Reliable late summer bloomer. Great rock garden plant or plant among perennials in the sunny border. Round flower heads contrast well with asters and the spiked blooms of agastache.
