Similar to an Astilbe, this erect and bushy plant features dark green foliage that compliments the feathery, plume like white flowers. This plant is relatively pest and disease free. Blooms from late spring to early summer. Sprays of small, delicate, white flowers. Great for cut flower arrangements. Plant in partial shade to partial sun. Prefers well drained but consistently moist soil, it shouldn't dry out. Excellent option for rain gardens, near streams, bog gardens, and as hedges. Zone 3-9.
