Echinacea Big Kahuna

Hybrid of a native species. Stiff stalks with coarse, toothed, dark green leaves hold large, golden yellow petals surrounding a golden cone. Seed heads attract finches and sparrows in winter. Summer cutflower. Sunny site in well drained fertile soil. Zone 4-10. Long flowering plants for the sunny border or wildflower meadow. Plant with heliopsis, yarrow, coreopsis, daylilies, liatris, helianthus, rudbeckia, and ornamental grass.
