Very delicate and petite lady fern reaching only 1 foot tall and 18 wide. Best in full to part shade. Very cold hardy- can be grown in containers. Native woodland plant for moist humus-rich soil in dappled to high shade, receiving only morning sunlight and no strong sun light. Foliage sun scorches easily. Zones 2-9. Grow in woodland gardens for a softer accent plant or as a groundcover in a spot that is shade and well mulched. Deer and Rabbit Resistant.
