'Amethyst Falls is an American Wisteria that produces 4-6' long fragrant, lavender flowers in spring. This native Wisteria features a smaller foliage and a more compact habit than the species. Plant wherever it can climb such as against arbors, pergolas, posts, trellises, fences, or terrace walls.
Full Sun. Slightly acidic, humusy, fertile, moist, well-draining soil. Zone 5-9.
Attracts pollinators, deer resistant.
Blooms on old wood - prune immediately after blooming.
Apply fetilizer in spring.
