Helenium Sombrero

Valuable, sturdy , late season bloomer when few perennials are at their peak. Upright plant with sprays of daisy-like bright yellow colored blooms above dark foliage. Fond of heat and full sun, but prefers moist soil. Zone 4-9. Plant with caryopteris, monarda, solidago, ornamental grass, and boltonia.
