Heliopsis Sunstruck

New variegated false sunflower. Leaves are white with green veins, that turn greener later in summer. Generous production of butterfly loving single golden blooms. Good cut flower. Carefree sun lover that does well in dry soil. Summer backbone border plant because of its long blooming time.  Heliopsis are native over most of US. Zone 4-9. Put in back of the sunny border in mass or in the center of an island bed.  Plant with daylilies, yarrows, echinacea, liatris, scabiosa, lavender, santolinas, and perovskia.
