Clematis Nubia Red 2 Gal

Stunningly vivid, the dark red star shaped blooms of 'Nubia' Clematis bloom prolifically first in late spring, and again in late summer. This Clematis can be trained to climb on walls or trellises, or can sprawl as a ground cover. 

Full sun - part shade. Average, moist, well-draining soil. Zone 4-9.

Attracts pollinators.

Blooms on old and new wood - avoid pruning. If pruned to ground, next seasons flowering will be reduced and/or delayed. 

Apply mulch at root zone to keep soil cool and uniformly moist.
