Liriope Big Blue 5" Tall

Ground cover plant that forms mounds of dark green, thick, leathery grass-like leaves and spikes of small blue-purple flowers in late summer followed by persistent black berries. A clumper not a spreader. Stiff spikes of purple flowers followed by black ornamental berries. Flowers can be cut for bouquets.  Plants are happy in practically any light conditions, including dark shade, and will tolerate prolonged dry spells without a wimper.   Zones 5 to 10.
