This is one cold hardy hydrangea! ‘Tough Stuff Ah-Ha’ winter hardy buds are produced on both new and old wood, rebloom double florets of blue to pink with some early green detail from June to September. Looks great in containers or anywhere in the landscape including as boarders or edging, in mass planting or as a specimen.
Attracts pollinators.
Full sun- part shade. Average, moist, well draining soil. If planted in higher sun, apply mulch to maintain soil moisture. Zone 5-9.
Pruning negatively impact flower production, however death or damage should be removed in spring.
