Full sun-part sun. Best blooms with at least 6 hours of sunlight/day. Average, moist, well-draining soil. Zone 3-9

Apply rose fertilizer in early spring after soil has thawed. 

Blooms on new wood - prune plant back to 1/3 its total height in spring to encourage new growth. Deadheading is not necessary for continuous blooms. 

Mulching helps to maintain soil moisture, and is especially helpful when shrub is planted in full sun.
