Cryptomeria Japonica Black Dragon

Cryptomeria has quite an interesting form, being pyramidal with open branching that reveals its orange exfoliating bark. Needled foliage emerges light green in the spring and deepens to dark green with maturity. Well suited for use as a specimen, border or screen.    

Full sun. Average, moist, well-draining. Protect from strong winds and provide adequate air circulation. Zone 6-9.
